Swallow
Swallow (bird) Symbolic of blessing, peace, or finding the right place to live. “Even the sparrow finds a home, and the swallow a nest for herself, where she may lay her young, at your altars, O Lord of hosts, my King and my God” (Ps 84:3, ESV).
Swan
Grace and beauty. Ugly duckling = hidden potential.
Swift
Swift (bird) A symbol of order and obedience to God’s commands. “Even the stork in the heavens knows her times, and the turtledove, swallow, and crane keep the time of their coming, but my people know not the rules of the Lord” (Jer 8:7, ESV).
Turkey
Foolish; clumsy. “People can never predict when hard times might come. Like fish in a net or birds in a trap, people are caught by sudden tragedy” (Eccles 9:12, NLT).
Weasel
Wicked; renege on a promise; informant or tattletale; a Judas (betrayer). “Then Judas Iscariot, one of the twelve, went to the chief priests to betray Him to them” (Mark 14:10, NKJV).
Pet
Something precious; responsibility; may also symbolise your best friend.
Python
A spirit of divination; related to drug use, murder, theft, and mockery. Symbolic of a very large demonic entity capable of killing a person. “One day as we were going down to the place of prayer, we met a demon-possessed slave girl. She was a fortune-teller who earned a lot of money for her masters” …
Rabbit
A pagan symbol of fertility; a demon may manifest itself in a dream as a spirit guide with a human body and rabbit head; something capable of carnal multiplication; increase; fast growth. “The hare chews the cud but does not have split hooves, so it is unclean” (Lev 11:6, NLT).
